Environmental Benefits
Our waste management services and recycled aggregates naturally encompass both sustainability and corporate social responsibility. Our management team all have strong environmental ethos and our workforce are trained in environmental awareness and practice.

We support the Welsh Assembly Government Waste policy for Wales ‘One Wales One Planet’ which provides strategies and targets for Wales to achieve zero inert waste sent to landfill. We have been recognised by Jane Davidson AM and former Minister of Housing and Sustainability for Wales as making a substantial contribution toward the diversion of inert waste from landfill in the South Wales area.

We are currently at the first audit stage of ISO18001 Environmental Quality Management System.

Bio diversity

Our recycling process offsets bio diversity as every ton of recycled aggregate we supply negates the needs for virgin products produced from quarrying processes. Therefore our innovative process helps to preserve our natural environment and retain the natural beauty of our local coastlines ,as our sustainable sand offers an alternative to sea dredged sands.

Reduce costs and minimise carbon footprint

All businesses have an ethical duty to monitor their environmental impact and attempt to reduce the impact on the community in which they operate.

We continually encourage our customers to recognise the reductions in costs and carbon footprint that can be achieved when utilising the two aspects of our service and adopting the one vehicular action approach.
